About Voice of the Silenced

Silenced By The Very System Meant To Protect Us

Voice of the Silenced is a global platform dedicated to defending victims who have been silenced, intimidated, or oppressed by legal systems, institutions, and individuals in positions of power.

For seven years, our founder has battled a legal system that silenced her voice, stalled justice, and weaponised procedures against the unprotected. Today, her fight has evolved into a global mission—one that stands for every individual denied justice, dignity, and protection.

Voice of the Silenced is a survivor-led, Global advocacy platform defending people who are:

Legally Silenced
Procedurally trapped
Economically strangled, or
Intimidated through courts and institutions.

Our Vision

A world where:
Every voice can be heard without fear,
Courts and institutions serve truth, not power
Justice is accessible regardless of race, wealth, or status
And no victim of legal oppression is forced to choose between silence and survival.

Our Core Values

Truth – We bring buried facts, patterns, and stories into the open.
Courage – We stand with those who dare to challenge powerful systems.
Justice – We believe justice must be a right, not a luxury.
Compassion – We support victims through their most isolating battles.
Accountability – We demand transparency from institutions tasked with protecting the vulnerable.
Protection – We treat victims and whistleblowers as human beings, not case files.

Why Our Mission Matters

Across the world, courtrooms and procedures can become:
Tools of intimidation
Instruments of economic and psychological exhaustion,
Mechanisms that protect power and reputation, not truth.
THE STORY

Our Mission

Our mission is to fight for justice where systems fail, and to transform silence into global accountability. We exist to:

Raise funds to support victims of legal oppression and systemic abuse
Provide legal counselling and orientation to those facing complex, weaponised legal processes
Help negotiate legal fees and payment terms for people unable to afford representation
Offer emergency assistance for critical legal deadlines and life-altering decisions
Advocate for individuals whose rights are undermined by delay, denial, and procedural manipulation
Build a global alliance for justice reform, connecting victims, lawyers, activists, journalists, and human-rights organisations
Global Call to Action

No one should face a weaponised legal system alone.

Support a whistleblower.
Protect a mother.
Amplify a silenced voice.
THE STORY

The Story Behind Voice of the Silenced

Voice of the Silenced was born out of a long, painful, and ongoing battle. For more than seven years, our founder, Christiana Ekagwe Clajus, a Nigeria-borm German mother of two, has been entangled in a weaponised family-law dispute in Germany. During this time, she has:

faced court decisions made while she was without legal representation in a system where representation is mandatory,
repeatedly requested an emergency court-appointed lawyer, only to be left isolated for months,
confronted racially loaded remarks and stereotypes that were not condemned but instead tolerated within official proceedings,
uncovered substantial undisclosed financial assets and irregularities which, in her view, were never properly investigated,
been forced into prolonged litigation that has affected her health, livelihood, and her children’s security.

What began as a family dispute rooted in domestic abuse escalated in to human right struggle involving:

access to justice,
equality before the law,
protection from discrimination, and
the right to be heard in one’s own case.
