VOICE OF THE SILENCED

Global Voice for Justice

Championing Human Rights & Systemic Reform

Voice of the Silenced is a global advocacy platform created to support victims of systemic oppression, legal injustice, and institutional abuse of power.

Who We Are

Silenced By The Very System Meant To Protect Us

For seven years, our founder has battled a legal system that silenced her voice, stalled justice, and weaponised procedures against the unprotected. Today, her fight has evolved into a global mission—one that stands for every individual denied justice, dignity, and protection.

Our Vision

A world where every voice can be heard without fear, courts and institutions serve truth, not power.....

Our Mission

To fight for justice, amplify silenced voices, and create global accountability where systems fail.
What We Do

We work at the intersection of law, human rights, and public advocacy by:

Supporting victims of weaponised legal proceedings
Facilitating access to independent legal advice and counselling
Helping negotiate payment and fee structures for those who cannot afford representation
Mobilising emergency legal support for critical cases
Building an international network of lawyers, advocates, journalists, and human-rights defenders
Raising global awareness about cases where systems may be shielding injustice instead of confronting it
Our Founder’s Fight

Our founder’s seven-year struggle with the German legal system has exposed:

How procedures can be used to delay and deny justice
How evidence can be buried or minimised
How racially charged language can go unchallenged
How a mother can be left without legal representation in a mandatory-representation system
How those who challenge this injustice risk retaliation, isolation, and character attacks
Global Call to Action

No one should face a weaponised legal system alone.

Support a whistleblower.
Protect a mother.
Amplify a silenced voice.
THE STORY

The Story Behind Voice of the Silenced

Voice of the Silenced was born out of a long, painful, and ongoing battle. For more than seven years, our founder, Christiana Ekagwe Clajus, a Nigeria-born German mother of two, has been entangled in a weaponised family-law dispute in Germany. During this time, she has:

faced court decisions made while she was without legal representation in a system where representation is mandatory,
repeatedly requested an emergency court-appointed lawyer, only to be left isolated for months,
confronted racially loaded remarks and stereotypes that were not condemned but instead tolerated within official proceedings,
uncovered substantial undisclosed financial assets and irregularities which, in her view, were never properly investigated,
been forced into prolonged litigation that has affected her health, livelihood, and her children’s security.

What began as a family dispute rooted in domestic abuse escalated in to human right struggle involving:

access to justice,
equality before the law,
protection from discrimination, and
the right to be heard in one’s own case.
